The first in the nation caucus goes underway on February 5, 2024 where voters from both parties simultaneously vote for their respective candidates. On the Republican side, Former President Donald Trump is on the ballot along with other minor candidates who failed to even get 10% of the vote based on polling data. On the Democratic side, President Joe Biden is on the ballot with almost all Democrats backing him for his re-election bid.
