Hello beautiful humans. Today I’m here sitting on the floor with you to talk about emotions, pain, and the the hurt you are probably feeling during this pandemic. Insomnia has been changing my whole life and isolation is making me feel the loneliest I’ve felt in a really long time. We all need community, we all need people we can open up to, and healthy support. Although friends and family may feel distant or busy during this time- I promise it’s worth reaching out. I’ll get back to posting videos more regularly as it feels right, but in the meantime.. Love is MORE than enough. Don’t just be loving and kind to those around you- but remember to be loving and kind to yourself. You are so precious. For any other single moms or single parents out there- my heart goes out to you. You aren’t alone. NOW WHAT CAN I DO???? Talking to someone who is licensed was the best decision I ever made for my mental health a long time ago! They can help you work through this season.
