Always Think Positive's video: COVID-19 Self Quarantine after traveling outside the USA

My side of the story as the parent.... Daniel was studying abroad, in Lisbon Portugal since January, and had to end his trip short due to CORVID-19. We decided around 5 pm 3/11/2020 that we needed to get him home as we didn't want him to get stuck in Portugal. So we decided to call the travel agent the next morning (why rush) to change is flight that was scheduled on 6/11/2020. After the announcement from President Trump, we decided to get him home ASAP, because we realized travel was only going to get harder and more restricted. The first flight was only $550 so I clicked on it from my phone and it was gone. We refreshed the screen and the price jumped to $6000!!! The prices were bouncing all over the place. We realized this may be harder than we expected. We went to American Airlines website, and were able to get him a business class ticket (the only thing left) leaving 3/13 Lisbon to London with a 20 hour layover arriving in Chicago 3/14. We were happy to take the flight and get our son home! When he arrived at Heathrow he went to the counter and someone was able help him get a flight that left that same morning. We were so relieved, our boy was coming home. When he arrived in Chicago, we rented him a car and met him in Iowa to trade him for his car. His buddy Burke was traveling back too but his trip was longer Mali to Heathrow to NYC to Atlanta to Minneapolis. Burke's family has a cabin and they will self quarantine to make sure they were health and not to spread the virus.
