Niramish ( vegetarian) Bhog Thali dishes contains no onion and no garlic , is typically Bengali traditional bhog thali served with bhoger kichuri as the staple , it consists of five kinds bhajas i.e fried vegetables ,along with mixed vegetables like labra , sweet and sour chutney and payesh leaves a tint of sweetness in the mouth giving a taste of West Bengal ... 1. Rasgulla- made with cheena and then cooked in sugar syrup 2. Khichuri-traditional kichuri made with govindbhog rice cooked with few basic spices and veggies top it with desi ghee .. 3. Niramish Labra- is basically made with seasonal veggies and bori (lentil dumplings) tempered with panchforan and cooked with basic spices , garam masala and finish it with desi ghee 4. Tomato chutney-tomato’s and dates cooked with turmeric, ginger, salt , sugar tempered with panchforan and dry red chilly 5. Payesh -cooked with govindbhog rice and milk and sugar flavoured with cardamom seeds 6. Luchi - made with all purpose flour, salt, sugar , oil knead it to make a semi soft dough roll it then deep fry in oil Five kinds fried veggies- 7 .Potol( pointed gourd) , 8. kumro( pumpkin), 9. begun( eggplant), 10.fulkofi (cauliflower), 11. bhindi ( okra) fried with turmeric powder and salt
