Vegetarian bhog thali dishes contains no onion and no garlic is typically North Indian traditional bhog thali served with halwa puri as the staple. Navratri special bhog thali :- In which I have made 10 bhog dishes. These bhog are traditional which is also very easy to make. 1-sabudana khichdi made with sabudana cooked with cumin seeds,curry leaves, tomato, peanuts,salt 2-kale chane made with cumin seeds, curry leaves,kale chane,garam masala, tamarind paste,salt for garnish I used granted coconut 3-charnamrit made with dry fruits ( makhana, grated coconut,cashew, almond, dates),ganga jal,honey, sugar,tulsi leaves. 4-Suji ka halwa made with roasted semolina,ghee,sugar,dry fruits, kesar for colour,cardamom,clove 5-til ka Ladoo made with roasted sesame, jaggery,ghee 6-aloo matar tamatar ki sabji made with boiled potato,peas, tomatoes, cumin seeds,oil, tomatoes,chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder,salt. 7-fruits chaat- pomegranate,guava,apple,chaat masala, black salt, black pepper. 8- meeta pua or malpua made with wheat flour, dry fruits,sugar,soda oil for frying 9- Namkeen Puri made with wheat flour, kasturi methi, ajwain,salt,oil for frying 10-fried baigan made with brinjal and chaat masala oil for roast 11- Butter milk made with coriander leaves,mint leaves,cumin seeds, green chili, black Salt, black pepper,plain curd.
