Um, HAZMAT? I have never seen this before! What is going on with this ELF Active Stay Out and Play SPF 50 sunscreen?!?! It's seeping out of the bottle which isn't that remarkable. It's what it is doing to the bottle itself that is! It's eatting the label and the top is actually desolving! 😨 What is in this stuff? It's crazy! And it's so sticky! What would this do to your face? I'm puzzled on what is going on here! Does anyone else have an explanation?
