I was finally able to put together this video on how I crafted my 1/2 Black 1/2 White Swan ballet tutu costume for Halloween last year. It’s one of my all time fave Halloween costumes, and I’m really happy with how it turned out despite the unexpected amount of hours that I put into it. I contemplated sewing half a black tutu & half a white tutu together instead of having to paint, but it all turned out well without having to do major sewing.
