Then I thought, let's do a taste test of other famous protein/energy/snack bars on the market and see how Beachbar stacks up against the competition. Is the Beachbody Beachbar the best healthy snack bar around? Does it pale in comparison to other energy bars? I bought the Peanut Butter Beachbar and decided to taste all peanut butter variants of snack bars - just so I could get a similar taste profile. I tried Kind, Rx, Larabar, and Cliff bar, with Beachbar as the last test. I compared each snack bar against a set list of criteria ranging from protein, fiber, sugar, calorie content as well as ingredients listed and taste. Since each snack bar had varying serving sizes, I decided to list all my data on a per gram basis, so it evens out the playing field and really gives us an "apples to apples" comparison.
