It's that time of year! Fantasy Football is upon us!! Thanks to my friend Steve I may have the winning team in our league! Wanted to share my evening with you after being on the road and getting back to Nashville with no time to spare, I needed to make something quick but somewhat homemade tasting! So here's what I did for our draft party. Thanks to Anji Janes for the idea! Here's the recipe: 1 Boboli Pizza Crust 1 clove of Garlic, chopped 2 TBS of Olive oil Black Pepper about 1/2-3/4 cup of shredded asiago cheese 3 thin slices of Prosciutto handful of Arugula Mix chopped garlic, olive oil and black pepper together and spread on pizza, layer with asiago cheese and then prosciutto. Bake at 450 until crust is where you like it. It will cook fast so keep a watch on it. I take mine out at anywhere between 5-8 minutes. Take out of oven and top with Arugula and enjoy!
