World's SMALLEST DOG! This is the world's smallest dog. She is a Chihuahua, and her name is Miracle Milly. Born in December 2011, Milly has grown to just 3.8 inches high and weighs about 1 pound. When Milly was a puppy, her mouth was too tiny to be fed naturally by her mother, so her owner used to feed her milk with an eye-dropper. In fact Milly was so small -- the smallest dog in the world of course -- when she was born she could sit comfortably in a teaspoon. Refusing to eat anything but hand-made gourmet food, Milly has an out-going personality and wins new hearts and fans wherever she goes. Milly currently resides with her Argentine owners in the Puerto Rican hamlet of Vega Alta -- and we all very much hope she lives happily for many, many years to come.
