Making Of Fried Crispy Potato Snack | स्वादिष्ट आलूका करारा नाश्ता : Ingredients For Fried Crispy Potato Snack : 500 Grams Potatoes 2 Tsp Oil + Oil For Frying Salt To Taste Red Chili Flakes To Taste 1/2 Tsp Parsley 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder 1/4 Tsp Roasted Cumin Powder Black Pepper To Taste 2 Tbsp Rice Flour 2 To 3 Tbsp Corn Starch Ketchup and Chipotle Ranch For Serving Method Of Making Fried Crispy Potato Snack : 1. Peel potatoes and cut into cubes. 2. Add potatoes and water in a pan, boil 15 minutes. 3. Remove potatoes and strain them to remove any big chunks. 4. Add oil, salt, red chili flakes, parsley, garlic powder, cumin powder, black pepper, rice flour, corn starch and combine to form dough. 5. Grease hands and make logs. Cut into equal pieces and press with fork to make design on it. 6. Heat oil for frying on medium heat and add potato crisps in it. Fry until golden and remove from oil. 7. Serve hot with ketchup and chipotle ranch.
