I decided to test the S2FM (Source 2 Filmmaker) from the Half-Life Alyx SDK I had lying around. I considered importing my SFM Gamcube Polar Express models using the new Source 2 ModelDoc that was included... and IT WAS FAST! I can't describe how much of an improvement importing models for the S2FM is compared to making SFM models.
