We've opened the door to talk about sex issues with guys, now we're having a conversation that's far less prevalent. Where do the women stand in all this? After all, they're the other half of the deal. Women are given all sorts of messages about sex: it's empowering, it's your prerogative, it's promiscuous, you lose your worth when you lose your virginity. Some of us wield that power and do as we please. Others of us do our best to remain pure until marriage and then find we're suddenly supposed to embrace something we've been shunning for our entire lives. And of course there's a million other scenarios in between. Here we find ourselves, trying to figure out how this piece of humanity is supposed to function in a healthy way when we rarely see examples of it in or out of the Christian community. This conversation is one that you've probably never heard before. Jason and AJ sit down with Leah Gasowski and Heather Yoder to air out some of the struggles that many women deal with and would never dare to tell anyone. The feelings that surround sex- pressure, guilt, confusion, insecurity- they're not rare, yet we feel ashamed that we're dealing with them and burdened by the weight of carrying these struggles in secrecy for a lifetime.
