So today’s recipe is perfect for days when you want to have a fancy & yummy meal but without really spending money on it 😉😅 All of us love chinese & specially fried rice. Today’s recipe is a simple This can be made in no time giving you that restaurant wali feel at home itself 😁😋 Do try and let me know in the comments below how it turned out 💕 Egg Fried Rice Ingredients - 2 tsp vegetable oil - 1 ½ tsp finely chopped garlic - 2 eggs - salt & pepper to taste - 2 tsp soya sauce - 1 cup leftover cooked rice - finely chopped spring onions for garnish Method -Heat the pan & add oil to it. -Add garlic on high flame. -Lower the flame & break the eggs directly in the pan. Season with salt & pepper. -Add the rice & the soya sauce & give it a nice toss. -Garnish with chopped spring onion & greens and serve hot.
