Traditional Indian Sweet. Very easy to make Measurements: 1) Besan (Gram Flour) .. make sure it's coarse.. also some places it's sold as Laddu Besan : 4 cups approx (nothing to strictly meausure actually). 2) Oil (peanut oil) Or Ghee around 2 litres (you'll have left over ghee/oil after preparation). 3) Yellow food color to add to besan if you like your laddu to be bright.. 4) Cardamom powder : 1 tbl spoon for flavor. 5) Sugar : 4 to 6 cups ( approx ).. you'll have some left over syrup too. 6) Cashew and Raisins (not mandatory). Just as toppings for laddoo. Yield: you can make around 20 Laddus from this... Please watch the video for procedure.
