amuse's video: Artist Stories: Adel

The very first episode of Amuse's mini documentary series "Artist Stories" follows Swedish hip hop star Adel in his home neighbourhoods in Husby outside of Stockholm. Adel is the 24-year-old rapper from Akalla who started writing lyrics to pass the time while serving a prison sentence. In writing music he found a new passion as well as a creative way to process the way he had been leading his life. When he teamed up with producer Prodotto di Superti (Simon Superti) a new, unique sound was made. They decided to label it "Gangster Pop". Adel has since become one of Sweden's biggest artists, with a series of gold and platinum singles. Amuse brings free distribution and empowering tools to artists across the globe.
