Vlog Ep. 6 - Amy Ali" I've been using Curology for about a month at the time of this recording and my acne was going crazy with hormonal breakouts! I have PCOS or Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome and that's a big factor in my acne and how many breakouts I get if I am not managing my PCOS. It was the holiday season in the video so I was eating a lot of different foods, mainly carb heavy, sugary foods! But it was worth it, I guess. Lol. Food anxiety is something I struggle with when it comes to having acne because I almost never know what is going to cause a breakout or not. I was also in the middle of moving in this video so that is some added stress! P.S. My goal is to start posting present-day videos documenting my current acne struggles. So stay tuned for that soon!
