Here's how to create and sew a lined zipper pouch completely by hand. In this tutorial you will learn how to create the zipper pouch pattern, put in the zipper and sew it together. You can use the same instructions to make a zipper pouch with a sewing machine. I actually made this by hand it it took me about an hour and a half and that with stopping at every step to take a bunch of pictures. I think you could realistically make one of these in 30 - 45 minutes depending on how big you want your finished pouch to be. If you are making a change purse you could do it in 15 - 20 minutes.
