Here's a quick and easy way to cut a cantaloupe. You can use the same technique when cutting a honeydew melon. Bonus: Here's an easy Melon Salad that takes about 10 - 15 minutes to make. You have the option of adding fresh chopped mint. I like the added flavor from the mint. This recipe makes 4 - 6 servings. Enjoy! Melon Salad 2 cups of seedless watermelon, diced into 1/2” cubes 2 cups of cantaloupe, seeded, peeled and diced into 1/2” cubes 2 cups of honeydew melon, seeded, peeled and diced into 1/2” cubes 1 orange, juiced 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped (optional) In a medium bowl, combine the watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew, and orange juice.
