THE INGREDIENTS USED (2) zucchinis (2) yellow squash (1) mexican squash (aka chayote) (2) red bell peppers (2) green bell peppers about (1-3) fresh dill stem (s) a small bunch of fresh thyme medium diced onion ( I bought mine already diced, I didn't want to cry or have onion fingers) (1) bunch parsley (1) bunch cilantro (1) pack of frozen okra (1) bag of washed and chopped kale about (1) tbs grapseed oil about (1) tbs ground cumin about (1) tbs oregano about (2-3 tbs) of sea salt WHY I THE INGREDIENTS To start of I didn't base it on anyone else recipe but I did follow Doctor Sebi's alkaline list foods. I just wanted to start of very alkaline when easing into eating and start off really charged with the electric ingredients recommended by Dr. Sebi. Another reason was I like the taste of the vegetables and I they were readily available year round where I live.
