This was one of the videos 'stolen' from my original channel and uploaded to a fake account called TheGuitarTut. Because I neglected YouTube for almost 10 years (wow!), I left the door open for that kind of people to use my content to get views and grow using all my hard work, and worse, claiming that work as their own. I filed a complaint against the fake channel TheGuitarTut and YouTube have just taken down that account. I had no other option - some of the videos there had between 50k and 100k views and the videos were appearing first on searches for "AC/DC Lessons". It was ultimately hurting my channel and I could not just sit around and do nothing about it. The full story - my YouTube channel was originally called JaiminhoPagina and it was active between 2008 and 2010. Back then I used to play over the original recordings and this eventually caused the channel to be permanently deleted for copyright infringement. This is a little funny, but it never occurred to me to simply cut the problematic parts out and reupload the videos to YouTube. I uploaded them on other sites, but very few people would actually go there. In hindsight, it was my biggest mistake - I left the door open for other people to upload them to YouTube. It was a tricky situation because they had the videos uploaded to their account with an earlier date and if I uploaded them to my channel, a bad person could use a copyright claim and takedown MY upload and destroy my account. Thankfully, I managed to work out a solution with YouTube and that channel is now gone. I'll make sure to keep all my videos online on my channel for good from now on.
