*Watch In HD* More Content At www.theroadlessdriven.com The 2015 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 is the culmination of years of research on how to make a muscle car that is brutal and yet useable as a daily driver. The ZL1 was just as happy to cruise along at 80mph in 6th gear on a 5 hour drive to Mammoth Lakes as it was in 2nd hustling it's way through switchback corners in Malibu. With its fold down rear seat, the ZL1 can hold two people's weekend getaway gear, even if that includes a snowboard and skiis which isn't something you'd expect from a muscle car. It is comfortable for running errands around down thanks to a perfectly weighted clutch and while it's not the most fuel efficient car, it's respectable for a 6.2L supercharged V8. This is a bold, brash and unapologetic throwback to the glory days of muscle cars but with just the right amount of modern tech thrown in. I wouldn't hesitate to have a ZL1 as my daily driver, not something you can say about a whole lot of muscle cars. Cheers.
