Drove to portions of eastern Wake County, namely northwest of Wendell, NC along a swath eastward through Zebulon. Per the National Weather Service office in Raleigh, NC, an EF2 tornado was confirmed in this part of the county causing isolated EF2 damage and widespread EF1 and EF0 damage, snapping trees and ripping apart fragile structures. High-resolution radar data is unavailable at this time, but a video will be posted when that becomes available in the coming days.
