Andy Castro's video: Bread In Japan A Rich History Colourful Present Of Delicious Varieties

@Bread In Japan | A Rich History & Colourful Present Of Delicious Varieties
Bread has an interesting history and modern stronghold in Japan which I am so happy about. Not only is it usually quite hard to find bread in Asia, Japan manages to make it better than the original sometimes. First introduced in times of war in the past millennia as a means of providing a cheap, nutritious and delicious source of substance, bread has now become a household staple. There are now so many whacky and delicious alterations to the original recipe such as custard buns, milk bread, strawberry swirls and even bread rolls with yakisoba noodles inside them! I tried but a few of the amazing types of bread in Japan as an introduction. Let me know if you want to see more in the comments!
