Andy Castro's video: Vivacious Vietnamese Drip Coffee in Saigon Street Food

One of the best ways to enjoy coffee is the Vietnamese drip method. There are a few ways to drip coffee but in this instance, it's from a cup type system that sits directly on top of your glass and sifts the water through the ground coffee beans which roughly takes 1o minutes. It's a method that I really enjoy because of the pure essence it extracts out of the beans that makes for a very pleasurable coffee experience. After walking around for an hour in the heat of Saigon, I found this street food street that had the variety I was looking for.
