Work visa is one of the most searched visa type for moving to America. American work visa is not hard to get, but employers have to offer individuals sponsorship for them to apply for visa. Once the visa got picked, an individual can move to America for 6 years. During that 6 years of work visa, you have to apply for permanent resident status (green card). Work visa is also known as work permit, the duration for work visa validity is 6 years. In most cases, employers who offer work permit may also apply for your green card. Depending on your country of residence, it can take up to 12-15 Years to get green card.
