Since the capsule did not go down so easily I had to drink an entire bottle of water to feel like it was finally out of my throat. I also normally drink water regularly anyways. The increased water helped this product to work through my system. At first I noticed an increase in having to urinate, most likely due to the amount of water I was consuming. Then the bowl movements kicked in, progressively looser. I'm normally a once-a-day kind of girl but while taking this African Mango Cleanse it was more like 3-5 times a day.
