WALKING…WALKING..WALKING.. Exercise your heart and lungs walking. Exercise is any bodily activity that enhances or maintains physical fitness and overall health and wellness. I choose WALKING.. It is performed for various reasons, to aid growth and improve strength, preventing aging, developing muscles and the cardiovascular system, honing athletic skills, weight loss or maintenance, improving health and also for enjoyment. I choose to exercise outdoors, away from the cars, among the trees where I can enhance my well-being. I breathe natural air that is cleaned by the trees. My style of breathing is called LAD chi, breathe in through the mouth and then exhale out through the nose in one motion. My first inhale is started with the first steps that I make. Our body takes about 30 minutes to flush out most or all of the impurities that is in our blood. I would normally walk for about six miles, less if you want. Do what you can depending on how you feel. It’s all about SELF…If you feel to walk longer then do it. Best place to walk is amongst the trees...Not on the road with all the fumes from traffic. Find your local green space, map out your route and then GO... If you are walking in a group, silence is golden. No talking....No Cell Phones.. START TIME for me is 06:30hrs..
