En sevdiğim Noel geleneklerinden biridir ıcakşarap . Bu videoda nefis sıcak şarap yapımını gösteriyorum. Bol baharatlı aromatik ve doygun kıvamlı bir sıcak şarap için videoyu sonuna dek izleyin :) Malzemeler: 1 veya 2 şişe sevdiğiniz kırmızı şarap 2 bardak portakal-elma suyu veya sevdiğiniz bir meyvesuyu 4-5 küp şeker veya 2 çorba kaşığı toz şeker veya 2-3 kaşık dut pekmezi, üzüm pekmezi Defne yaprağı 6 tane karanfil 5 çubuk tarçın 3 yıldız anason 1 limon kabuğu rendesi muskat rendesi 1 ayva 1 elma 1/2 portakal Tüm malzemeleri atıp kısık ateşte 1-2 saat ısıtıyoruz. Ocağı kapattıktan sonra 30 dakika da demlnmesini bekleyip servis ediyoruz.
