Tomato in Rice | Easy One Pot Meal Cooked a simple one pot lunch today.. tomato in rice, with some soaked dried mushrooms, green beans, ginger, salt & pepper. Topped it off with a fried egg.. I left the egg too long and it overcooked.. would have loved a gooey yolk flowing out! Oh well, overall a very delicious and a light meal!
