Smoked Pork n Bamboo Shoots | North East Indian Style | Silent Food Series Ep. 13 Trying and cooking smoked pork and bamboo shoots for the first time .. these aren't native ingredients to me.. and i'm still learning and acquiring north east indian style of cooking and the flavors .. and so far been loving everything .. 😍 Did this cook a week or so back and just got the time to edit the video .. in the end the dish came out amazing especially the smoked pork.. the bamboo shoots were fermented and a little overwhelming for me the first time .. should only get better from here .. next time i will get tender ones n not fermented 😀 Lemme know what you guys think of the way i cooked it and everything else n thanks!
