Anna's video: Easy Okonomiyaki Recipe

Watch in HD!! Today I'm sharing my super Easy Okonomiyaki Recipe with you (in Japanese it's お好み焼き). This is one of those Japanese dishes I often cook at home because Okonomiyaki doesn't require many ingredients and it's fast and easy to make. Okonomiyaki is from Osaka (there's also another version from Hiroshima) and the name literally means something like "fried for your preferences" which means that you can put almost anything in Okonomiyaki your heart desire (which makes it a good leftover dish). I've found all the ingredients for Okonomiyaki also from Finland from my local Asian food market so if you're not living in Japan, you don't have to give up hope! :) As always thank you so much for tuning in to my channel and I hope you enjoy this (super easy and unprofessional) how to make Okonomiyaki video! :) xo Also I'm sorry about my English mistakes as always, lol. ------------------------------------ ♦ OKONOMIYAKI RECIPE ♦ (Serves 1) 1/2 cup (~120 ml) Okonomiyaki powder 3/8 cup (~90 ml) Water ~150 g cabbage 1 (small) egg * Okonomiyaki sauce (on top) Mayonnaise (on top) Dried fish flakes - Katsuo (on top) (In addition to these you can add anything you want. The most traditional ingredient is probably thin pork slices but today I added:) shrimp (as much as you want) spring onion (as much as you want) * If you make 2 servings, 1 medium/big egg works for that as well.
