LET THEM STARE! ZONE IN AND DO YOUR THING. DON"T LIMIT YOURSELF. No confidence in the gym? I hearing about how girls don't like going to the gym because there is always some creep staring at them while they workout. They feel self conscious or insecure because they don't know how to use some machines. The guys don't like to go because some of them feel insecure about not being able to lift as much as the other dudes and even some of the ladies. I made a video about this because i am familiar with these feelings. I've been there. When i started going to the gym i also felt uncomfortable and wasn't lifting much and didn't know what i was doing. But once i kept going and didnt pay any attention to what anyone else was doing around me, i got better and more comfortable. My progress started to jump up so many levels. Don't limit yourself because of someone else's actions. Once you get out of your own head, you stop limiting yourself and it will show in your progress also.
