If you’re looking for a way to get rid of excess belly fat and tighten up your waistline there’s one simple change you can make. It’s not a diet or exercise and it will also improve your health. Probably the two most popular ways people try to lose weight are a diet or exercise. At first these two methods do work but they are not a long term solution to losing body fat and keeping your waist tight. When you go on a diet you eat less or take an appetite suppressant. At first the weight comes off but then your weight loss levels off and stops. This happens because Your body metabolism slows down and you develop vitamin deficiencies. I’ve seen the same people in the gym running on the treadmill or spending hours on the elliptic machine. For years those people are probably working harder than anyone else in the gym but they always look the same. The same belly, thighs and flabby arms. All that hard work but with little results. Added sugar will Spike blood sugar and insulin levels. The increased insulin will make you store fat and make it hard to burn fat. This can lead to diabetes, tooth cavities, fatty liver, skin problems and more. Eliminate added sugars and I’m sure you’re going to like the results in your waistline. This is not a diet, you don’t have to eat less food. It’s a lifestyle change and a long term solution.
