India Association of Greater Boston celebrates Indian Independence & Republic days (since 1962) by hoisting the Indian flag in Boston For this year, we had the privilege of hosting a music concert ("One India") with Vijay Prakash, a Bollywood favorite. I absolutely wanted to sing a song from the North East. Hemanta Sarma, Nilutpola Sharma, Swapna Barua (BITS Pilani friends) tried helping me with the song selection and pronunciation.
