In this quick educational video guide I will upgrade an old HP ProDesk 600 G1 small form factor or SFF for short into a working up to date Desktop PC. These are the parts I will replace and upgrade: Graphics card will be the Nvidia GeForce GT 1030 DDR5 from Asus. I will replace the Intel i3 4130 with a Intel i5 4570 processor. I will add 4 same frequency DDR3 Sticks so it can have a quad channel RAM. It was missing a Disk drive so I added a cheap SSD 240GB in capacity. At the end I install a fresh new copy of the Windows operating system and installed the necessary drivers for the PC and software for browsing the internet, office work and bit of entry level gaming.
