(Make a palak dal with this!) Omega-3 Rich Foods: 1. Flaxseeds: Rich in omega-3 fatty acids and fiber. Have these in seed mixes! 2. Chia seeds: High in omega-3s, fiber, and protein. Top your oats with these! Complex Carbs 1. Sweet potatoes: Rich in complex carbohydrates, fiber, and vitamins. 2. Brown rice: Provides sustained energy, fiber, and minerals. 3. Quinoa: Complete protein, complex carbohydrates, and fiber. Calcium-Rich Foods: 1. Yoghurt - feels good on the gut 2. Leafy greens: Any local seasonal greens, methi, chawli greens, dill, mustard greens Other Beneficial Foods: 1. Dark chocolate: Rich in flavonoids, which can help reduce cramps and improve mood. 2.
