The eritrean government collects 2% illegal tax from Eritrean diaspora, on this video the person (Ephrem Tewelde) is threatened to have his sick mother as a hostage in order to allow him to come into Eritrea and visit his sick dying Mother. besides he is asked to pay tens of thousands in an illegal tax on order to fulfill that. He was finally forbidden to go home and or visit the Eritrean embassy.
