KBS 2TV에서 1980년 12월부터 방송을 시작했던 외화 전문 상영 프로그램이었습니다. 처음에는 "주말을 명화와"라는 제목으로 시작했었는데, 1981년 12월부터 "토요명화"라는 제목으로 바뀌어서 2007년까지 방영되다가 결국 폐지되었죠. 1980년대 초중반, 요즘처럼 영화 보기 쉽지 않았던 시절에.. 아버지께서 동네 통닭집에서 사갖고 오신 통닭을 온 가족이 둘러앉아 먹으면서 "토요명화"를 보던 그 때가 그립네요. ㅠㅠㅠㅠ 이 "토요명화"의 시그널은 Werner Muller Orchestra가 연주한 Aranjuez, Mon Amour 란 곡이며, 로드리고가 작곡한 '기타를 위한 아랑페즈 협주곡 제 2악장 아다지오'를 베르너 뮬러가 편곡했습니다. 문득, 1980년대 중반의 어린 시절 그 때가 그리워집니다...
