Chocolate brownie recipe; I made this recipe with my mom. It is fun to make your own brownie Ingredients Butter – 100gms Eggs – 2 Sugar – I cup powdered All-purpose flour – ½ cup Unsweetened Cocoa powder – 1/3 cup Baking powder – ¼ teaspoon Vanilla essence – ½ teaspoon Salt – a pinch How to make it? Melt butter on low flame*. Beat eggs and add to the melted butter. Add powdered sugar and mix well. Slowly blend in chocolate powder. Sieve together flour, baking powder and salt. Add to the mixture and blend well. Finally add vanilla essence and beat well. Take a baking tray and brush it with butter. Pour the mixture into the baking tray. Tap the tray to ensure that the mixture is evenly spread. Preheat oven at 180 C. Bake for 35 – 40 minutes and your brownie is ready to be served. *we deviated a bit from the original recipe and did not melt the butter. To get a goey texture, we should melt the butter.
