Again guys we are not lawyers. We just wanted to share what we learned this past year so you don't have to suffer like we did when the inevitable time comes. We will not be mentioning anything too personal as many are involved but just things we would of done differently if we knew better earlier. Some will argue that making a revocable living trust isn’t worth it if you don’t have X amount of assets or don’t have kids. But it’s still worth it to avoid probate for your loved ones. Only reason i see to not make a trust is if you live on top of a mountain and have 0 loved ones which is quite rare. If you have a house or money in your bank or any assets you want to give to loved ones after you pass, id recommend making a revocable living trust. To protect your loved ones from the pain of probate. If i lived in The USA, i’d make a trust even if i’m just 28, single and without kids. Because there is no way i’d want my loved ones to have to go through probate. Trust me guys, it’s a horrible process. You don’t want to have to deal with legal stuff after you lose someone you love. That time should be for you to heal. So instead of having your loved ones deal with probate after you pass which could last more than a year, make a revocable living trust so loved ones only need to deal with the paper work for a week or two.
