Greetings Dear Souls! Last year I spent 7 weeks in an Ashram in Rishikesh, India. Arriving early and then taking a 4 week course recording updates along the way. Each week on Sunday I would take a few minutes to record an impromptu update about how the course was going. See clips from our trip to the mountain, the pooja and fire rituals, yoga asanas and some of the delicious food we ate as well as my input on how the course went.
