Back in 1968, the Dave Brubeck Trio performed in Mexico City at Palacio de Bellas Artes (Fine Arts Palace) and Auditorio Nacional (National Auditorium). The record that collected these concerts was produced by Teo Macero. The cover photo showing "Compadres" Brubeck and Mulligan was shot in front of the Presidente Benito Juárez memorial located in the Alameda Central, Mexico City (Central Park). Personnel: Dave Brubeck (p.) Jack Six (b.) Alan Dawson (d.) Gerry Mulligan (bars.) SIDE A: Jumping Bean Adiós Mariquita Linda Indian Song Tender Woman SIDE B: Amapola Lullaby of Mexico Sapito Recuerdo Notice: First track of Side B has some noisy crackle one minute or so.
