After I crash my Phantom 3 (Video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZaN87T-wzPM), my battery also got malfunction. It cannot be charged at all. I thought it was the battery cell that got error and must be replaced. But surprisingly, after I disassemble and look at inside of the battery, I saw all the sell is still good. The problem found only from a disconnected cable because of the crash. Now my battery has back to normal. I put some glue when assembling the battery case to make sure all back to it place.
