Not going to failiure :- Dekho, muscle ke 3 main mechanisms hote hai jisse vo grow karta hai, muscle damage, mechanical tension aur metabolic stress. Home workout mein hum pehle do ka istemaal bohot ache se nahi kar sakte because humare paas bohot light weight hoti hai, lekin metabloic stress ka poora istemaal kar sakte hai. Metabolic stress kya hoti hai, jo pump aapko feel hoti hai jo burn aapko aapke muscles mein aati hai lactic acid ke buildup ki vajah se. Agar aap vahi 3 set 10 rep pushups ke har baar karoge. Progressive overload ka matlab hai apna total workout volume jo hai setx x reps x weight ko badhana.
