WOW! What a real test this challenge was for me! I was incredibly anxious and nervous about trying this adrenaline sport. And with the added factor of strong winds it proved to be very difficult to conquer. Spoiler alert! I failed! But that's ok! I am so proud of myself for trying something new and for pushing myself beyond what I thought I could do. The CHALLENGE ASHA series is all about conquering your fears and stepping out of your comfort zone. But remember, you don't have to be perfect first time! It's just an attempt, just the first step. Continually pushing yourself to reach your dreams, no matter how small the goal will only lead you on the path of living a richer, fuller life.
