I absolutely can't believe that I did this!!! But, I give full credit to LA Beast, who inspired me to conquer my fear of bugs. Thank you so much LA Beast for editing together an amazing video and for showing me such kindness and letting me have a little insight into your world of competitive eating. The ASHA ATTEMPTS series is all about conquering your fears and stepping out of your comfort zone. But remember, you don't have to be perfect first time! It's just an attempt, just the first step. Continually pushing yourself to reach your dreams, no matter how small the goal will only lead you on the path of living a richer, fuller life. Stop sitting around and day dreaming of big goals that sometimes seem overwhelming. Just take it, one bite at a time (no pun intended! LOL) A year from today, you will be so glad you started.
