#என்ஒருநாள்சமையல் Veg Tumbler Idli & Veg Oothappam Ingredients : idli maavu - 2 cups veg - carrot, beans, cabbage - each 1/4 cup green chilli chopped-2,chopped coriander oil or ghee - 1-2 tbsp (ghee is best) 1/4 tsp mustard,1/4 tsp urad dal,1/4 ts cumin seeds , 1 tsp channa dal, few cashews, crushed pepper -1/2 tsp salt to taste. Check below link for pasiparuppu sambar ! https://youtu.be/9upD5ZDduk0 -Tiffin sambar Meatballs curry/ kofta curry Ingredients:- frozen meatballs -12 oil - 2 tbsp 1/2 tsp fennel seeds, 2 cardamom,2 cloves,2 cinnamon piece. to paste: 1 tbsp - gg paste chilli powder -1 tsp,coriander powder -1 -2 tsp, cumin powder - 1/2 tsp garam masala - 1/2 tsp,turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp one medium size tomato, 2 tbsp coconut, 2 -4 cashews to garnish chopped mint and coriander leaves, Moringa leaves poriyal / kootu Ingredients :- Moringa leaves - 3 cups 1/4 cup moong dal +1/4 tsp turmeric powder oil - 2 tbsp 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp urad dal, 2 dry chillies chopped garlic - 4 cloves chopped onion -1 grated coconut - 4 tbsp salt to taste. Thai spicy veg noodles Ingredients:- noodles - 2 pack thai style curry paste - 1 tbsp coconut milk thick - 1/2 cup veggies, carrot, cabbage, mushroom and capsicum egg 1 or 2 salt and pepper to taste. chopped spring onions and coriander leaves.
