I suspected she was texting and I could see her hands were on the steering wheel holding something but I couldn't work out what it was. I wondered whether it was something to help her steer. However after reviewing the footage I strongly believe she was texting. 2:14 Red light runner 2:29 Lesson on hazard perception. After passing some parked cars in the left lane a car in the right lane tries to change lanes. I'm in the way so I beep. They were quite good and stopped as soon as I beeped. 3:02 I get spotted.
