Easy install. Works well with the double rolls. I had already read the reviews about the roll holder being plastic so that wasn't a surpirse to me. Received it FAST. Priced Well IMO. Cons: Mine didn't come with the install instructions which wasn't a big deal for me, but could be for someone else. They are posted in the description but they are not properly formatted and they should warn people about securing the spring properly so it doesn't fall down into the wall. MY TIP: I suggest using a piece of electrical tape or grab a bread bag tie (twistie tie) around spring and mounting bracket. Just my opinion anyway! Installation instructions: 1. Cut opening in wall 5 1/4''x 5 1/4"S 2. Lip clamp under 1st loop of spring. (see my tip above for this) 3. Position clamp and spring assembly inside wall opening, so that spring pressure against inside of rear wall pushes arms of clamp against inside of front wall. 4. Push screws into accessory holes and adjust so that screws enter slots in clamp. 5. Tighten screws while holding accessory in place.
